I found the customer service to be the best i have ever experienced. all the staff were happy, helpful and courteous. hithesh greeted me upon arrival and showed me areas of the resort. he gave me useful information to. I appreciated this personal touch. shirantha took great care of the room .
The noise from neighboring venues was unbearable sometimes. the bedroom vibrated due to the loud music. The soundproofing seemed nonexistent! i hope this issue will be addressed in the future.
