private beach warm welcome
The hotel offers many pools and places to relax. I especially liked the easy access to a private beach. Staff welcomed me warmly with a drink , and were always smiling.

the garden and beach area felt more spacious than other hotels along jumeirah beach. i had a room with a sea view, and it had a big balcony. the hotel provided different restaurants, with choices for meals.
i found the hotel quite noisy at times.

helpful staff courteous service personal touch
I found the customer service to be the best i have ever experienced. all the staff were happy, helpful and courteous. hithesh greeted me upon arrival and showed me areas of the resort. he gave me useful information to. I appreciated this personal touch. shirantha took great care of the room .
The noise from neighboring venues was unbearable sometimes. the bedroom vibrated due to the loud music. The soundproofing seemed nonexistent! i hope this issue will be addressed in the future.

My beautiful room had a sea view balcony and offered fine views. the bed was comfortable and ensured restful sleep. The room also had a modern bathroom with quality toiletries. i found housekeeping services to be prompt and thorough.

food quality helpful staff noise level nonexistent soundproofing
The breakfast was the best i have experienced in town. shahbaz, along with all the staff, remained attentive and helpful, it was admirable. the quality of the food was top notch. A wide variety of choices existed.
the noise from neighboring venues was unbearable. the bedroom vibrates with the noise. i have been coming here for years and it has never been so loud. the soundproofing is nonexistent

The staff were super nice, especially Khan. He. The pools were great. The gym offered a good workout, and the facilities were clean.
